Many of the programs are free. We do not charge for others content and promote and encourage our members of our groups and challenges to find new content, post themselves, encourage other members and engage in lifestyle optimization. 

If a refund is needed for any reason, please contact us and we'll be happy to return your money. 

Your lifestyle app is yours to keep after you join your first program. Additional content is sold here on our 40dayfit.life page and also med1.life.
